Our lease is triple net(NNN) meaning that tenants share the cost of maintaining the property, real estate taxes and insurace expenses. In addition to rent, the shared operating expenses typically average $3.90 per square foot per year.

Tenants are responsible for all repairs within their space as well as the maintenance and repair of the heating and air conditioning unit.
