The furring and framing has begun on the south west (Sweet Frog) corner of the building. This corner will be stone at the bottom and then a modern metal siding from 4' the rest of the way up. The top will have a faux roof.
The last of the demolition of the red roof continues on the east side and should be wrapped up by early next week. The demolition of the old bank drive thru will require more time to remove the concrete and patch the pavement.
Dryvit work will begin next week on the west side of the building. This involves cutting a Styrofoam type board, so you might see some tiny white Styrofoam specks flying around, so don't worry, snow has not arrived yet! They have been instructed to be a clean and neat as possible.
